Christmas Break and March

Adults $125  |  Children 12 and under $100

Weight limit for entire group: about 1000 pounds

If you have more than that, let us know and we can set you up with two tour times.

We are a very small company, so all our tours are private and personalized. We want you to meet every dog and get to know them and their history! We only take out 2 sleds at a time for a maximum of 6 adults per tour. You get your own team of dogs and every sled has a professional guide with it for the safety of guests and dogs.

The proper food, care, training, housing and vet costs for 35 dogs is not cheap, and of course these guys deserve the best!  And they also need all this year round.
Want to sponsor a sled dog?  If you fall in love with one of our dogs and want to sponsor them in particular for their food and expenses we can get you signed up.  We often do this for people who are hoping to adopt a dog when they get to retirement age.  They can become your dog while still working and pulling sleds with all their friends and then join your family when they start slowing down.  The average expense of food for one dog is $500/year. Our sponsorship price is negotiable.

Moonlight/Starlight Tour

Glide through the San Isabel Forest under a moonlit, starlit, or maybe even a snowy night sky. Very similar to the Monarch Park Tour but all under the beautiful night sky.

1.25 hours

December – April

Adults $200  |  Children 12 and under $200

Times dependent on time of year. Call for more info.

Weight limit for entire group: 1000 pounds

Handler Internships

Interested in learning more and getting involved with dogs? We have a variety of internships available- ranging from one day, to a week, to a whole season. As a handler you will be carrying heavy buckets of food and water, scooping poop, hanging out with dogs and getting lots of dog kisses, and hopefully taking the dogs out for run (with help).

Call for more information if this is something you are interested in!

Custom Tours and Demonstrations

Want Monarch Dog Sled Rides to come to your school and organization? We do presentations for kids (and adults for that matter) and can custom create a tour that meets your needs.
